The workouts challenge you daily. You could have all the same equipment at home but without the coaching and group atmosphere of everyone working hard I doubt most people will achieve their workout goals.

I love the atmosphere and how the workout is not the same for everyone, but tailored to your own needs. The colors and progress on the screens are a huge motivator and the hour goes by so quickly. The staff was all welcoming and friendly and made me feel at home even though it was my first time there.
The coaches in Manchester are amazing! They are supportive and offer so many helpful hints for a healthy lifestyle. I go in the afternoon and the staff at the front desk are so kind and friendly! Coach Mike motivates me to lift heavier and run faster which I love seeing that improvement. Coach Sammy is always there after a long day at school to pOverall, in my four months attending OTF I enjoy it and I can’t wait to keep going!

I love everything about Orange Theory workouts-- the self-selected intensity, the camaraderie, the great coaches, and the fun music.
I continue to love coming to Orangetheory. Prior to starting over 5 years ago, I struggled to be consistent with any workout. I love coming to OTF, I love the support, the workout style, honestly everything. I feel myself being continually challenged and supported, and encouraged to do my personal best every workout.

The employees who worked there on my first day were very welcoming and helpful. They made me feel comfortable during my first workout. The workout itself was the prefect blend of challenge and rest moments. I really felt energized after it!

I really enjoy the work outs and the momentum from the coaches. Everyone has such a great disposition as soon as you enter the door! I also enjoy the flexibility of the schedule with early morning to evening classes. The weight training classes are on point! The only draw back that I don't really like is having to provide my credit card and personal information when I got to other centers (which thankfully isn't the norm as I love the New Haven site), but when traveling and wanting to get a work out in, it feels very uncomfortable in this time of identify theft to be sharing so much information. I feel limited in that way.

I love the variety- that everyday is different, and that every class combines rowing, running, and floor variations. I love feeling that every class is a total body workout, and I love the way the instructors push me and motivate me to keep giving my all!! So happy I found OT Guilford!!

I love that the workouts are different daily. And I love that it’s an individual workout but in a group setting. The coaches are motivating and there’s always a friendly smile and greeting from the front desk upon entering the gym. Before I joined I thought it was too pricey but now I think it’s worth every penny!

I like everything, first I like the coaches, like the different or variety of the classes, every day ia something different and I enjoy that, like the challenges and the motivation they give us... totally recommend it and I am happy to wake up pretty much every day early for my 6:15 class
