The fact that there’s not ever 2 workouts the same-keeps it fun & interesting!
I’ve been with OTF Danbury for more then 5 years. I never thought I would still be there, I’ve never lasted that long in a gym before. Most places you go, they show you the equipment & you’re on your own. In OTF Danbury everyone works together with the help of the most caring, helpful, encouraging coaches. They guide you through the class, pushing you, cheering you on, & most of all helping you do the exercises right. They help you adjust when you can’t do something, adjust you when you’re not doing something right, & they truly care about you. Each workout is an hour & you never know what going to happen in that hour, crazy rowing, not so much rowing, hills on the treadmill, lots of all outs, lots of base, the floor could include lots of weights, crazy exercises, squats upon squats, each class is different & that keeps it interesting. OTF is a unique experience.

I like that you compete against others and also against yourself to continuously improve. I like the independence of exercise while surrounded by others. The instructor gives you energy and push.

I like how attentive the coaches are. They remember me between classes and help adjust exercises when physical limitations arise.
I like that it's fast paced and active. I do think that the 2G format is repetitive and gets monotonous with so much time spent on the treadmill without a break though. For me, the tornado class provides a better workout (more calories burned) in a more interesting format. I suggest you offer tornado classes or something similar on a more frequent basis.
Everything. Every workout is different, and challenging in a different way. The coaches are fantastic. They are motivating and supportive.
