It was an amazing 8 months at OTF Glendora. The staff and attendees were so supportive. I didn’t know how great it would feel to be cheered on and rooted for until I enrolled in a few challenges. It really helped push me further and also try harder every class.
I would not have lost 30 lbs so fast and started developing muscles without OTF Glendora. I’ll miss them. However, soon I’ll be back at it with OTF La Habra.
I love everything about it. I've always been an active person, but I've never been a runner, absolutely detest running, but the treadmill is probably my favorite part. Everything about the way the work out is structured is exactly what I need and what I've been looking for.

I love the workout, I love the coaches. What I do NOT love is the lack of structure in Lift 45. I show up to class 30 minutes early to ensure a spot on the end because I have issues with people entering my personal space. Allowing people to be wherever they want or whatever side they want during the class creates chaos and uneven space, extra weights being stolen. If you're number 6, you should be in the number 6 station, not at the end where the number 12 station is. If you're supposed to be on the rower, be on the rower side. Two extra people were allowed in Lift 45 when I showed up early to be on the end, and they invaded my personal space and kept taking my weights. This is unacceptable. I understand that you want to allow people the chance to work out who are on the waitlist, but it's really not my problem if they didn't schedule it in time. Extra people should NOT be allowed in. You can't have THREE people sharing the number 12 station. We pay a LOT of money for this and, like I said, we take extra time to reserve our spots and it feels disrespectful to our time and money to just allow people to take up space in a class when they didn't properly reserve their space in time.

The overall workouts, the coaches, the equipment and overall vibe. The workouts hit all parts of the body. Love the tracking my heart rate. OTF has changed my life for the best!

I like how the workouts are tailored to everyone. You are able to complete exercises at your own level and there is something for everyone.

The variety is the best part - I love that no workout is exactly the same. Also enjoy the great music and the high energy of the coaches. I’ve never had so much fun while working out so hard!
I love that its tailored to everyone. No matter if youre a power walk, endurance runner, or even a sprinter. It challenges everyone.
So far, I love the trainers. I also like that everyone is at their own fitness levels and the workouts are fast pace and really push you.
