The studio environment, along with the enthusiastic coaching, creates accountability and discipline that are key to my continuing success with these workouts. The environment during the workouts is very upbeat, enjoyable and fun.
I have needed more effective workouts related to my upper body, that I would never pursue on my own. The workouts at Orange Theory solve this problem for me.
I also enjoy the camaraderie that develops amongst the workout participants. We are all pulling for each other to be the best that we can be.

Downside - expensive. I’ve mentioned before a great benefit to the customers, especially married couples with family constraints (schedules) is the ability to transfer classes between spouses. Gym doesn’t lose a participant, family doesn’t lose money or an opportunity. Family schedules ALWAYS CHANGE, sometimes in an instant, but giving the flexibility to spouses to transfer (or simply spouse to show on the others behalf and use there spot) would be a great update to the business plan. Its a win win alternative. When other families see a family successful in tackling a gym routine with the daily onslaught of family schedules (kids or caring for others) is encouraging to other prospective customers.
Cardio and floor work
I like having a full body workout. I also like having an assigned station. It keeps the class flowing.
I love the fast paced, efficent, well coached workouts in a clean environment. I also enjoy the music, it motivates me to workout harder so I get more out of each workout.
I love OTF and am fairly new to the Redlands locate (my main location was Woodland Hills until I moved). It would be helpful if they had more evening classes (WH has 8pm classes) and more classes on Saturday/Sunday. Although I haven't really tried the body workouts (maybe took 1 class) but having them makes less room for people to get into the regular OTF classes. I must admit, although I love OTF and have been a member since 2015, I'm starting to lose interest...where did the fun, excitement and my enthusiasm go?

Intensity and pace. Felt really good with exercises and liked the format with rower and treadmill which I don’t usually do.
I love the positive reinforcement that the coaches give to the members. The workout is fantastic and the facility is very clean.
The staff at the front desk is also very nice.

Hi! Not going to lie, I was a bit intimidated because of my past history with personal trainers and classes -- and my ex! -- who always made me feel uncoordinated and less than. I was so thrilled to do this class with my friend Jay Young who guided me through. He and my schedules may not match up, so I'll be flying solo and hoping for great instructors who don't push me too hard until I'm confident on my own, but I think I'm close. First class and instructor were great! Thank you,

It’s consistently challenging across a wide array of fitness levels AND I can show up simply to work hard and don’t have to think ahead about programming my workouts.
I love this place. The people are amazing and the work outs at fire.

I really like that you get cardio and weight training in a session.
I really like that you've added lift only classes. Where the focus is on lifting weights for the entire class.
Fast moving and intense. You don't have to think too much, just show-up and follow directions.
I love the diversity of the workouts and the coaches are truly invested in your needs and health . And the support of staff and fellow members is incredible.
I like that I can push myself to my particular zones rather than some arbitrary weight/rep/pace that may work for someone who is actually already in great shape. I like that the space is nonjudgmental and people seem to be focused on themselves and not everyone else in the gym.
Very efficient and effective with great coaches guiding you through each workout.
Variety; classes are never cancelled.
