I love the trainers - Austin & Ronnie are fantastic! Very friendly, funny and run the class very smoothly. I also never get bored with the format of the workouts. Always ever changing. The feature classes are great too, like the Tornado, Everest. Great benchmark workouts as well. Love that you can workout at your own level and that the workout is hard enough so you know you have really burnt some major calories.
The coaches, the programs, the music, the community, love it all! It’s been the highlight of many of my days.
Full body workout , love the rowers, loud upbeat music, variety of workouts/exercise combos. Coaches are well educated & fairly motivational, fun & personable!

Everything. I love how each workout is unique and prepares you for the challenges OTF hosts. The staff and coaches are nice.
The variety and the group atmosphere
I love this place. Jill at the front desk is the best. I’ve worked out at many of your clubs and you should pay attention to her. She is on of a kind.
Workouts are joint friendly. I am a 50 plus year old who is restarting her fitness regimen after being off for several years. I love the structure and know that I will reach my weight and strength goals with this program.
The variety of the exercises. I'm hardly ever bored. I also like all the teachers. Most have been there since I started almost 7 years ago.

Amazing and awesome
Its total body workout!
Let me start by saying each class is unique giving a total body workout. Not only do you get a great cardio workout, you also work each muscle group. You never leave the studio with regrets of showing up. You are guaranteed to sweat and yet leave refreshed.
The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Ronnie’s coaching in that he talks about which muscle groups you are working and also corrects you if you are performing the exercise incorrectly.

Amazing workouts with fantastic coaches- you show up, and get it done. They do all the planning and thinking which is amazing for busy professionals. The Claremont facility could use Ipads on the rowers for better progress assessment.
That I don’t have to think about what I’m doing and how great the coaches are!!!

I love working out at Orange theory. The music is loud and motivating, coaches are super encouraging and of course my heart monitor!
The workout, the trainers (they help correct your form) and the facility are great. The way I feel and my improvement on strength & endurance is rewarding. I’m also seeing an improvement on cellulite appearance. It’s not gone but there is a noticeable improvement in the appearance. It’s a win win and a must do.
