I have already been raving about OTF to anyone who'll listen. For those who think that OTF is a place of competition with other people in the class, it really isn't. It's a place that allows you to see your output, which in turn makes you realize that you can push yourself more. The only one to compete with is yourself!

I loved my experience with OTF. It was me and my husbands first workout and the entire staff was very welcoming and patient with us. They explained the equipment and even corrected us when we made mistakes. I look forward to future classes.
