I did a free trial class the other day and greatly enjoyed it! My instructor Mandy explained everything very thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. She has great energy and is funny, too. Having the heart monitor and being able to track how hard I'm working out is a huge motivator. It really helps to have a coach instruct me on how much time to spend on each exercise and when to pick up the pace. With this type of an exercise routine and great coaches, change will be happening in no time! ~Sandy Y.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Meghan is a superb SA. She is very helpful and always has positive attitude. Cameron is literally the best coach I have taken anywhere. I have been to dozens of states and out of the country. No one comes close to his energy. Please put him on the schedule for more than 3 days!

I like how the workouts are structured (treadmill, rower, weights) and things are streamlined, such as I workout regimen, equipment, coaches, and facility. I go to different locations throughout Southern California because I travel for work, so it's nice to know what I'll expect at each location as well.
Loved the workout and the ease of checking in.
I love that it's heartrate base. I really appreciate all the data I can go over after my workout, comparing them to previous workouts.
