Weights
I love the support the coaches provide along with the added knowledge of fitness and nutrition. The workouts are well structured and only an hour long with so much active work that at the end, it really feels like your pushing your body to it’s maximum capacity. The camaraderie is also a plus - we all share our struggles but also our “always moving forward” mindset. It’s a now a good habit I have been able to maintain for over a year.

The coaches and the diversity of workouts!
Coaches at DTLA are amazing. They are all inspiring- you understand when they speak. They teach you the correct form, and the music is not so loud that you barely hear when they talk. I have been to other OTF closer to where I live, but I chose DTLA because I need someone to motivate me, and for sure, I find DTLA AND SOUTH PARK are one of the best studios out there. Thank You for hiring the right Team!!
Comprehensive workout in one hour
It’s different almost every time so that I don’t get bored. It pushes me to be better and stronger. The coaches are great and keep me motivated. I have 4 bionic body parts, so the coaches check in with me on the floor exercises to make sure I’m doing okay.
I enjoy the balanced mix of cardio, body sculpting and weight training. The workout sessions feel complete and have enough intensity to leave me feeling like I’ve done a great deal for my personal fitness and health. The staff and coaches at my location (Santa Monica) are amazing people and fun!

Staff here are friendly and helpful on everything you have to ask! Trainers like Lays, Jene, and Hunter are amazing and give clear demonstrations in workouts. I’ve been with OTF for 3 years and don’t plan to quit!
No masks! The combo of all the stations is unbeatable.
14 minutes at a station eliminates boredom. It’s fun and energetic.
Complete work out in 1hour with different music with each coach, unique exercises each day, and the early morning classes. The coaches are experienced and encouraging, the front staff are friendly, the classes are easy to book with the app, and the studio is well kept.
-nice that they have lift classes to focus on strength. Would be interested in stretching class like the ones they have at Stretch Lab or stretch Yoga.
-waiting for the running and floor exercise workshops (went to rowing workshop in playa vista with Lays) and it was really helpful.

Seeing results and the variety of exercises
I’m the most unlikely person to workout and the fact that they are able to get me to go 3 times a week is proof that they must be doing something right. Great staff, great music and great coaches. They keep you motivated and push you enough to achieve your goals.
