That I don’t have to think about what my workout will be each day. I just show up and the instructor tells me what to do. Also that it’s a full body workout and it’s never the same workout.

The variety and coaches!
The Coaches!!! can’t say enough of them. Brittany has this way of making you feel that you are the only one at the gym, she calls your name when you are pushing yourself to the limit and that just gives you another reason to keep coming. Lisa is funny, energetic and makes those 60min fly. They both have awesome music too. Nicole and Matt are very attentive and ready to help. The gym is clean and presentable. The variety of classes makes the body not to get bored.
Oh, I was off for about four months because I had a broken leg. So when I finally came back, it was great to sweat.
I immediately experience a rush of endorphins whenever I come to class. No other workout gives me a rush of excitement and enjoyment.

Varied exercises and balance cardio and strength training.
Not having to think about the work out myself, the music playlists and sound system and the exercise equipment
I really like the variety of the workouts, the coaches energies, and friendliness of the staff. I also like that it gives you accountability for determining your level of commitment by weight selections or treadmill speeds. They guide you and motivate you but it’s up to you to push yourself beyond that and I think that’s important.

Intensity
the pace, the music and the feel fter the workout
I love orange theory! I love the variety of work outs, the music, the coaches! What I love the most is people don’t waste their time just talking in class, no distractions. One thing that I wish OT had was child care. I would attend more if I was allowed to bring my son for the hour I was there so I could be able to work out and have a sitter for just that hour.

The different types of classes, including endurance, strength, power, and ESP (Endurance, Strength, Power). This variety keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. The coaches are great, and SA are fantastic.
Coaches and play list
I enjoy the variety of workouts, the guided instructions, the musical playlist, and the monitoring of progress which allows you to gage/adjust your efforts and inspires you to compete against yourself.

Pushes me to run and do things I wouldn’t do it on my own
In no particular order: I like how the workouts vary and prove to be challenging depending where you start and finish. I also like how the coach leads the class through the workout; the workout is structured and organized, so no time is wasted. Also, the coach definitely motivates you along the way to reach new levels. The intensity is real!

I find OT intense. Love the energy, music, coaches with energy who call you out by name and push you harder. Love to sweat and get exhausted. Love the diversity of cardio and weights.
