What do you like about our workout?

The workout is intense. I honestly never thought I would be able to get through this many classes without giving up but I am 58 classes in and I feel stronger now than I have ever felt in my life… and I’m 50 years old so I’m very proud of myself for hanging in there and getting up and pushing myself to make it to the 5:30am classes… again something I never thought I could or would do! I crave it, I’m obsessed. And the instructors are amazing! All of them. It’s truly been a blessing to be part of such an amazing community of people that want to work hard and be healthy! Thank you Orangetheory!!! 🧡

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it switches to different things. I easily quit when doing the same thing for a long period of time. In the class every time i was going to say screw this and stop I would hear 90 seconds left and I would think oh I can do 90 seconds more and finish it.

The coaches are amazing. Love working out to music 🎶. I like the whole body workout I get. Everyday we focus on a different body part. I like to see the progress I have made on the HR monitor.

What do you like about our workout?

I love orange theory! Always a different routine that hits the spot. Never too much! You go at your own pace, but you push yourself with surrounding motivation, great music, great environment! Every coach is different and has their own unique program.

What do you like about our workout?

I like how the workouts are guided, with lots of room for options and customizing to my particular pace or energy level.

Sometimes, however, I cannot tell who the instructors are talking to and what they’re saying when they talk too fast.

What do you like about our workout?

My favorite instructors, Kaitlin and Eric are great and a big reason why the workouts are so enjoyable, I like the music (when it is hiphop and rnb) which is super important as a motivational factor, as well as the fact that it's an overall great workout with spacious and clean facilities. The lift classes are also super nice for those of us that want to do less cardio. The only note I'd have is that I wish the floor workouts were more ab focused as opposed to being mainly arms/legs.

What do you like about our workout?

I am loving it. It’s a fun workout and easy for anyone to follow. Coach Kelly is very motivating but she’s kind and makes me feel comfortable. I have been intimidated by other gyms and have felt lost but it is different at orange theory. I am grateful to have found a place where I can workout and feel safe doing so.

Coaches are motivating and knowledgeable. Music is 💯. I love that I feel like I’m hitting start and then I just go, without looking back, for a full 60 minutes!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety in the workouts. I have been going to OTF since 2019 and never one workout is the same. I love the coaches and the music and energy they bring into the workouts. I have seen huge difference in my overall health, endurance and strength.
