Seeing results in real time using the OTbeat monitor motivates me to give my best efforts in each class. The coaches make classes fun, while pushing us to meet our goals
I appreciate the support of the front desk staff, advocating for members to book in 2 groups if there are close to 14 members so that we're not fighting for weights and can have some space throughout class if available. The staff who remembers our names and preferences with kindness goes such a long way. Also the empathy and support when we have to take time off due to medical issues is greatly appreciated. The coaches who take the time to get to know us and push us to be better with personalized goals are the reason why we improve and stay with OTF. Thank you.

Great, intense but fun workout.. although I advise modifying to floor section to your personal limitatiions. It wouldn't be hard to hurt yourself of you try to nail every exercise
The balance between strength and cardio in every workout. The energy the coaches bring.
How diverse it is. I love that the workout changes daily, I love the variations you can make within the workout and the accommodations that can best support the workout.

The Heart monitor display during workout is very motivating and helps to focus my attention to the workout. The facility and machines are topnotch. The staff and coaches are friendly, professional and welcoming. I'm glad I joined.
I like the different classes offered and how it’s always changing. I like the challenges that OTF has from time to time to get you to push your body to the next level. And I like the sense of community.
I never get bored because The workouts change everyday. The coaches are great supporters and are excellent at explains the workouts.

Santa Monica studio is the best! The staff are super friendly, the instructors are the absolute best, the music is super fun, facilities always clean, location and parking easy and convenient!
I like that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do at the gym each day. I get there and just follow what the instructors tell me to do and no two days are the same!
