This workout is perfect for all levels of fitness. Everything can be modified to be easier or harder depending on where you are in your fitness journey, so a marathon runner can be working out next to someone who is just starting…and both will get an equally beneficial workout.

Work outs are awesome! But they need to change as they use to. I mainly attend the 7am class and it's been 3G work outs for the past two weeks. They used to change on a daily basis. Also Jasmine is the best coach you guys have!!!!!

I shall start by saying that while I have always been active (I was a marathon and trail runner and have been a martial artist), I was not in my best place mentally or physically when I started at Orange Theory Glendale. I was also not a "morning person", especially during the pandemic, but was convinced I wanted to change certain aspects of my life - and having a consistent and productive morning routine was one of them. I started OTF-Glendale at the end of November 2021 and I must confess I am addicted. I normally attend the 6:30 am classes and as step out I am energized and ready to take over my day. The days I don't workout I feel off - almost like running your day without coffee (for those who drink it, like me) - but we all need our recovery days too. For those not familiarized with the workouts, well, everyday you get both cardiovascular- and strength-training intervals broken up into blocks with breaks in-between. You get to use plenty of equipment (treadmill, rower, free weights, TRX, bands, etc.) to hit various body parts and goals. I like that the workouts are effective and well-balanced - which is great way to stay fit, especially if you are a busy individual that spends a lot of time in front of a screen. I am a scientist and I code a lot, so much of my day is spent in front of a computer and/or meetings and working out at OTF has helped with my posture. I also like that you don't have to worry about a complicated training plan - you just show up and your workout is planned for you. No workout is the same, but there are some basic styles you get to experience every week, which is great because you can assess how you progress in time. I also like there are challenges and "signature workouts" in which you can establish certain benchmarks, revisit them and also break your own records. While you are working out in a group, you can personalize and modify your workout to your own level and/or how you feel that day. I also love the trainers: they inspire and motivate you with their words and music, but they also correct your form when needed and challenge you when they know you can give that little extra push. I have started to see changes in my body (loser clothes, defined muscles and better performance, which is great), but I think most of my changes have been mental and emotional - which is even better! I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

Everything! I am challenged yet can work at my own pace. I am inspired by the coaches and the “game” of the workout tracker. I feel the exercises anew safe and coaches promote working safely.
The workout focuses on your body as a whole and it constantly changes everyday so you don’t get bored.
It’s a full body workout where you do both Cardio and weights. The integration with technology, coaching demonstrations and video views makes it simple to follow.
