The staff makes OTF NoHo the best studio in LA. Although recent changes are concerning…and classes have been cut so I am concerned that management is making bad changes. But it has been great and we’ll see what happens next. It really has felt like a family…I hope that continues.
The Burbank location is clean and cool. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Challenging workouts, spread across a constantly changing set of routines. Most coaches are awesome with the right mix of friendliness, clarity in direction and push to do better. Outcomes are very positive and better than expected.

Feels good and fit
I’m the type of person that doesn’t know what to do at the gym and would get bored with a circuit. Orange theory work out is different every day. It’s a variety of rowing, floor and treadmill. You’re in an out and feel great. The coaches are helpful and never make you feel Inadequate.
In the beginning I was like “I am not competitive, I don’t care about the numbers I just want a good work out”. But now I love seeing the numbers on the board. I strive to get better each time and love seeing my splat points, go above 12.!
Oh, wait, did I mention the price is great!
Wonderful place
Great coaches who play great music! They also do an amazing job with the exercise demos!
The workouts are always challenging and I am constantly having to level up my fitness to keep up. I LOVE running at the treadmill at my push or all-out pace and getting on it again 3 weeks later to find I need to run faster just to earn my splat points. I love that we are doing more heavy lifting lately and hope to have more gluteal exercises which focus on building the gluteus medius and minimus (not just the "shelf" or gluteus maximus). Aside from how excellent the workouts are, the Coaches, staff and other gym members are really what make Orange Theory special. Coaches Tyler, Danielle, Benzo, Monique all keep me motivaed through the workout and I have SO much fun engaging in friendly competition with the community. Vanina, Uly and Christina always make me feel welcome, too <3. Thanks for changing my life, OTF fam!
So far I've only taken class with Jasmine and Richard. They're both great. Jasmine helped me TREMENDOUSLY focus on my form and Richard continued to check in and make sure I was doing alright with the workout. Ice is a great welcoming energy.
I'm so grateful for you! You really help me get back in shape after COVID. I love the trainers, it's a great facility and everyone's always super nice. Now I look forward to my workouts more than I ever have before :-)
Show up and put in the work, no need to think about workouts I’ve got to plan in advance. Great to see people pushing themselves to their physical best.
