Great trainers, workouts, and music
I like the variety within each 60 minute workout, and that it varies in intensity in short intervals. I like being able to track my personal status on the board; I find it encouraging. For my particular gym, I like that it's not a competition. I've heard from a few people that they weren't interested in OT because they heard that it's very competitive having everyone's stats on the board and seeing who does more splats, and it being called out (as I guess happens in other gyms). I haven't found that to be the case at my gym, and I hope it stays that way because I like that I'm challenging myself, and hitting my own goals.
It is a great way tondwstress from the day. The orange lights and a good coach's Playlist make the class.
Great staff, plus the workouts really make you get such a good total body workout. Love it

It’s intense but fun with a lot of variety.
Absolutely best one hour workout there is in the world. I have tried everything, and although there are many great fitness brands out there, there is no workout that I have stuck with for 8 years consistently and still enjoyed, found challenging, never plateaued, and have been genuinely excited to attend for that long. Love me some OTF!
Oh and best coaches and music in my opinion :)
The guidance. Being told how long to stay at an interval. The music. The coaches. The great energy at the studio,l in general and also during the workout and after the workout. The OTB to monitor intensity.
The best workout philosophy I've ever been a part of and I've been doing group exercise work since Kathy Smith and Jane Fonda video days! 😂😂😂

It’s a good workout that’s packed into one hour.
I like that the workouts are challenging and the vibe is fun. I also like the fact that going to workout requires no thought on my part, I'm told what to do and how to do it and that is what I do.
The workout is a challenge every day. I always come out feeling like I got a great workout. The coaches and front desk staff go above and beyond to make it a friendly and fun environment.
Constantly mixing up the routines, the music, the motivational coaches. I would enjoy more 3 g classes at my location, not just in the weekend: or if that’s not possible, workouts that involve switching from tread to rower for that block (I’m getting bored on the tread for 1/2 the class).
Great coaches (JZ is passive-aggressive though--calls out people unnecessarily during class and overshares); great music; great front staff (always so helpful!); great class times. Love it.

Different workouts every time I come into a class
I really enjoy the environment and friendliness of all the of the employees at the Woodland Hills location. The workouts can be challenging, but the coaches really inspire us to keep going and elevate our fitness goals. The more classes that I attend, the more I want to attend.
Even though we are all on our own workout journey, it feels like we are a team.
East to follow and learn how to do. I like the variety of each class and not doing the same workout twice.
