The coaches and front office staff are friendly and supportive. The workouts give me tons of variety and coming 4-6 days a week never feels repetitive or out of my abilities. I would like more 10am classes so I wouldn’t have to go to Redondo because I work in Culver and it’s out of the way to go back and forth.
I like that it's a full body workout hitting different muscles every class. I also love the energy our coaches and front desk staff bring everyday!

Workouts are so well thought through. I trust so much that I can disengage and just focus on working hard. Trainers are great. Such good psychology involved with recording benchmarks and seeing improvement through daily workout stats.
It is a good mix of cardio and body muscle building, instructors keep the classes interesting.

Small class size
I am so happy that I found OTF last December! It is a great all over workout, and done in 1 hour. The teachers are wonderful - my favorites are Kelli and Kennedy.
Coach Isaac, coach Carolyn, coach Austin. Best coaches at el segundo. They play great music and are inspiring and care.
The efficiency of the hour long class. The circuits are manageable, yet challenging enough where I push myself. The heart rate monitor holds me accountable. Most of the coaches are motivating and friendly. The front desk greets everyone warmly. I’m in the best shape of my life after joining and consistently taking classes for over a year.

Helpful coaches who help when you need to make an adjustment due to injury/ other reasons
It’s engaging, great music, great instructors, and most importantly you will lose weight, get into shape, and feel better physically/mentally if you are consistently going to classes.
Issac and Melissa are awesome. Super inspirational and motivating. As an ex professional athlete and coach it's much better to compete against yourself than the class like so many other group fitness companies. Competing or comparing against something or someone else is why there are so many injuries in short group fitness classes. The orange theory method is more self paced with recommendations on where you could or should be for every exercise.
The intensity, the challenge, the coaches, how each workout is different so I don't get bored.

Everything I feel in heaven when I come here the instructors are amazing . I love the woodland hill location because it’s really easy to park and the front desk is kind and helpful. Rock on .
The only way I can burn the calories that I want to burn a few times a week. That strength training is incorporated in the workout. The trainers are all good/great and the staff friendly. Nice to be recognized in the morning. Good music to motivate the workout.
I like High Intensity Interval Training.
I like that it is a combination of cardio and weights and that it is different every time.
