I love the workout at OrangeTheory! The coaches are motivating and are always pushing me to do my best. I also appreciate that they respect when I may not be the having the best day to do MY best whatever that may look like. They have great playlists that keep my body moving even when it feels like I can't move one muscle.

I seriously LOVE everything! I love the variety, the challenge, the positive encouragement, the coaches, and the music! I have been doing OTF for 2 years and I never get bored! I actually look forward to my workouts and hate to miss one!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Everyone’s really nice, great atmosphere, every class is different, and 60 minutes goes by so quick. I was in such a rut with working out dreading going to the gym.I used to take a Orangetheory class once a week before the pandemic hit and I loved it. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth it. Just what I needed!
I love the variety and the challenge. I was very disappointed at the change in the lift 45 schedule. It would be great to incorporate more classes that are focused on strength lifting for targeted areas of the body

I love this gym!! So welcoming and wonderful. I look forward to my classes. If you have a class with Jenny, Ariel, Nina, Jessica, Britany or Mell you are in good hands. They are all so wonderful.
I like that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do - just show up! I like early morning classes - workout is done - the rest of the day is ahead of you.
The instructors observe and make suggestions and corrections to ensure proper form.
AND... I especially like the cardio workout that I get with every class.
