Variety and intensity
Where to begin? The coaches are all fantastic! It starts with an amazing head coach who leads by example and works itself all the way down to new/rookie coaches with undeniable energy. Personally, I love the variety of classes. It’s not the same workout day in, day out. Most of all, I like the structure of the classes. As a task oriented individual, I like how the classes are laid out like a road map (Google Map?) for me to follow. Start here … follow along … end up where you want to be. Ask your coach for alternative moves in case one doesn't work and they provide you with multiple options.
Always friendly front desk staff who knows you and greats you by name!
Forgot a hair tie, deadorant, tampoon or towel no problem they got you, forgot a water bottle they have those available too.

I love the staff and coaches. They are always so welcoming and encouraging. I also love how the workouts are always changing and even though I’ve been going for 3 years they are still new and challenging. Orangetheory is the best!

The coaches, the front desk staff, the workouts and the sense of community! I love every, single thing!
Love the whole program. Everything about Orange Theory, the staff, the coaches, Scott. That being said, let’s get some more variety in the music. Less club music and more rock, 80s, 90s or at least change it up. I feel like it’s the same half dozen songs every time I come.
The coaches remember you and call you out when you’re doing well. Everyone is friendly and nice. The music inspires me to workout. The class is fast paced. With the heart rate monitor I know if I should push myself more or not.

The fun workouts routines are organized sweat feats but never repetitious! Each exercise set can be easily modified to individuals new to working out. Orangetheory helped me not only improve my fitness health it also helped me through the isolating uncertainties of the pandemic.

Everyday is different, but always variations on the same themes. I know I will row, run, and lift, but never how I'll do them. For me, it's a personal training session where I can see other people doing the same thing - which I find motivating.
I love the community vibe of OTF workouts! I struggled working out during the beginning of the pandemic because I lack the motivation to work out alone at home. Just having a consistent group of people to see each work out and the encouragement wrought by pursuing a healthy lifestyle together is motivation to continue showing up. For outgoing people who need a “team”-bases pursuit, OTF is perfect!
