Variety.
I love all of it! It’s different every time and that keeps it fun. I also find that hat I am more motivated seeing my heart rate and the different color blocks.
I love that it’s individual and you can go at your own pace but you still feel like a part of the team. The coaches are awesome, always willing to work with me when my bad back can’t handle something and are always quick to give a shout out when they see someone working extra hard!
I’m not a fan of going to the gym. I need someone to tell me what to do when it comes to working out (I’m not self-motivated.) I have tried group classes at other gyms, but a full hour of cardio is so exhausting and I end up not returning. OTF divides the hour-long class into three 20 minute manageable chunks of rowing, treadmill, and floor/weights. The instructors are friendly, the people who attend classes are all in different physical shape, and you can work at your own pace. There’s no time for judgment- you just work out to uplifting music and do what the instructor tells you to do! Also, the accountability piece is paramount for me. I don’t skip classes because you sign up and make a commitment to attend, or you’ll be docked a class. I need that. I feel food after working out and this is the first time I haven’t quit going.

This gym is Awesome. The staff is super friendly. The facility has great equipment, knowledgeable trainers, very clean and neat locker rooms.

They are doable for all levels. Easy to modify if you are having a lower energy day and still want to get a workout in. There is a lot of energy in the room and a friendly atmosphere.
I truly enjoy the variety of the workouts. The owner of our location and the quality of coaching make it super fun.
I love the community more than anything. The workouts are challenging yet flexible in terms of mobility options and the coaches are motivating and kind.
I love the classes and coaches and desk staff! I feel welcomed, pushed to do my best, and cared for. The membership is worth it! I’ve lost 30lbs over the 4 months of being here.
all of it....the coaches, the staff, the owner, the workout, the sweat, the feeling of accomplishment when I am done. I wouldn't give any of it up, it keeps my physical and mental health in check.

Everything! The staff the coaches the friends I’ve made the strength I’ve gained and the encouragement regardless of workout! Orangetheory has saved my life and I wouldn’t change a thing! Even on bad days I’m glad I go and have people around me supporting you no matter what! It’s the best family to be apart of and I’m grateful for it all!
It pushes me to do my best. I hear the encouraging words, and see other pushing for their best and I am only motivated to do the same! I also love that the coaches are so helpful and always making sure your form is correct so you’re never injuring yourself, and getting the best out of your workout. The positivity here is top notch. And not to mention the physical transformation too!
Structured and consistent.
I love that every workout is different, and you can push yourself as hard or as little as you need to. AJ always motivates me, so I know I am working harder in the studio than I would by myself. I know I’m getting stronger and much more in shape since working out at OTF.
A few things I would suggest: some of the coaches talk really fast and like they’re just reading a script. I know what they’re saying because I’m familiar with the workouts, but for someone that’s new it could be confusing and maybe overwhelming. Another thing that would take this review to a 10 would be to provide sweat towels like most gyms. Would be really amazing to have since OTF makes you sweat so much!
I like the variety of cardio and strength
Since I have been attending OTF, I have noticed a change in me, not only from a physical perspective but also a mental one. I crave going to the gym now - who woulda "thunk that!!!" I also have noticed that I have increased my abilities thanks to the patient and great staff who train me at OTF College Park, MD!! Thank you all
It challenges me! I feel like I got a great workout in when I leave there! The front staff ladies are so nice and helpful!
The intensity
I like that the workouts are different every day, and I am really enjoying the number of 2G workouts. If i'm not mistaken I have seen a great difference in my body since I've been doing the 2G workouts most likely because of the extended time on the treadmill. Other than that, the studio is always clean, the staff is friendly, and OTF is still like coming to work out with your friends at "Cheers". One suggestion or idea I would like to share is maybe having people sign up to be workout buddies. We all know working out with a partner is the best but there really isn't a way to get to know each other after class we are all just trying to get out of there! Just a thought!
It is varied and motivating. I like the feedback offered by the monitors. I can see how my body is performing - it both reassuring and empowering. I have control. I like the clear direction from the instructors. I like the fellowship with fellow members and also the welcoming greeting from staff every time I show up. I am happy to be back and in action! :)
I am so happy to be back in the gym I love Orangetheory ! Never boring and I feel so much better
