The workouts are the same and different at the same time
Hate the cancellation policy since I do am classes - if you have a bad night or wake up injured hard it is frustrating. Injured myself coming to class when I should have rested.
The energy in the studio, the sense of community and workouts are never the same!

I have never liked cardio before! The coaches, the music, the vibe, the fast paced classes with many changes… I’m never bored!! I have fun and I work hard. I’m always excited to go!

I love the environment. The Bel Air, MD studio staff and trainers are extremely friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging but also customizable enough to support the level I can or am willing to give on any day. Plus the best results I have ever seen from a workout routine.

The challenge
I'm enjoying that it's full body coached workout, not overly complicated, and has some predictability - 3 blocks, row, floor, run, but mostly it's fun and I love the instructors.
OTF is the only workout regime that has actually helped me lose weight and kept me motivated to keep at it. I’m never bored with the workout, the coaches are welcoming and motivating, and I feel very safe in the studio (covid-wise).
It doesn’t feel like a waste of an hour for a workout, so far all instructors have been really helpful.
I am guaranteed to SWEAT every time. Combined with strength training and cardio, the technology used to measure your workout is incredibly motivating. I have only attended classes with Mel and her energy is unmatched. I’m happy excited to train with the other trainers as well!
