I like that the workouts are structured and guided by a coach. The coaches are encouraging and help you push through when you feel like you can't. I like that the workouts are varied and challenging but you also can go at your own pace and not feel like you have to compete - after all everyone is at different levels of fitness and ability. I like that it's a welcoming environment, especially for new people but also for regulars. There is a camaraderie that builds over time amongst the members. I like that there are various times to choose from and this may sound strange, but the accountability of being charged if you don't show up is a motivator to SHOW UP even when you don't feel like it. Love this experience

Everyone at the studio has a amazing from front desk staff to each of the coaches. The playlists, the workouts… the studio is super clean also
I love that the workout is different every time and focuses on cardio, strength, balance, and core - in other words, it’s well-rounded. The coaches are fun, encouraging, and push you as much as you want to be pushed. It’s a challenging workout where it is ultimately up to me how hard I want to push myself. As they often say, “it’s you vs you!”
I really enjoy Orange Theory! Not only do I enjoy the workouts, but the Annapolis team is great! This whole Covid pandemic error really had me nervous to do any type of group class, but the Orange Theory's set up makes me feel better about it. Plus the Justin, Jaclyn, Jenna, and the rest of the team, really listen to my spacing concern and make sure I'm comfortable!
And yes, I've already spread the word and my friend has joined as well.

Every work out seems different and you have great coaches.
I love the high energy, high intensity, and high fun!
It's always something different and the coaches are amazingly supportive and willing to work with you to modify anything if necessary based on skillset / past injuries. It's a great atmosphere where everyone roots everyone else on too.
