I absolutely LOVE Orange 🧡 Theory Fitness! It is the best fitness program that has helped me to lose weight and tone. It holds me accountable and challenging enough to make me work harder. It's a great atmosphere and the coaches ensure that I a understand the different moves/ workouts.

I am growing to love the workout. Being a 'chubby' you can be a little intimidated by the ftiness levels in the class, but thanks to my coaches, I focus just on me. And it seems to be working. Just time and persistence is needed!
Prescribed (ie I do t have to think), high energy

Coaches and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging.
The variation of the workout templates is a plus. I wouldn't be interested in the same workout every class.

Group workout and not the same everyday. It motivates you to work in a group.
I loved my trial class. I did join. The only thing I didn’t like was I thought your trial should have someone with you showing you what to do. Even though I train this was a whole new concept and I was a fish out of water. I spent most of the time bothering the others asking what to do. Definitely change that if possible. I was really frustrated at times and you actually can hurt yourself jumping into a class like that not knowing what you’re doing.
I love the concept though and the place was beautiful! I’m giving it a try! 😊
Energetic and varied
I like all the coaches at OT, but Logan is my favorite. He is very encouraging and has a positive attitude. I also enjoy Laura's class. She has a nice voice and gives clear instructions that are easy to follow. My endurance has improved dramatically since I started Orange Theory - I recently ran in my first 5K!
I like the support of the coaches and that i get a great workout!
The workouts are great and I feel amazing after. I like the instructors full of energy to get you thru. The problem is it's pricy and far from my house. Wish it were closer.

I love the workouts! They challenge me to do more than I thought I could. I love the coaches and the people I've met since I started about a year and a half ago. But I do have one thing that I need to bring up. It has to do with the latest promotion you're running where you can get reduced rates by getting a friend to join or by increasing your membership status. I feel quite excluded. I relocated to this area and don't really know anyone. That was one of my reasons for joining in the first place- to meet people. I am 68 years old and retired so my opportunities to meet others are very limited. I've gotten to know one other person, outside of my gym friends, and she is also 68 and not in great health. So encouraging her to join is not something I can do. I am already at the highest membership level. I considered bringing this up when I am there for the 8.45 class but I feel uncomfortable doing so. Is there any way you can include me in the promotion?
The instructors keep me motivated. I love watch the the board to see how much I can burn!
