Just tried the tread 50 and I really enjoyed the workout. It was easy to follow and kept everyone on track. Most of the OTF workouts are challenging and increase my heart rate I enjoy the feeling you get after completing a class

I love how it’s guided and someone is there to help you every step of the way, I have a knee injury and all coaches I’ve encountered have been amazing about it! Pushing you the extra step to do your personal best but knowing exactly when to tell you that you don’t want to hurt yourself or your could try scaling back your weight. The best fitness class I’ve ever participated in! 10/10, love it!
To have a coach it's very motivating.
More comments on form, and wether we're doing the floor exercises correctly or not, is the only thing I would add. Otherwise, our experience has been great at OT so far.
Orangetheory Brampton Lionhead has an amazing staff. They are kind, courteous and friendly. When I walk into a business, I want to feel like I am right at home. This place operates in that way. They make each member feel welcomed. The coaches do an excellent job at delivering a healthy and rigorous workout regime. They motivate, encourage and give meaningful feedback to members on how to improve. I have seen consistent gains since starting Orangetheory Fitness. As I am more focused on developing my core and overall well-being, OTF is the ideal choice for me. The beauty is they have studios around the country and as travelling is part of my job it is very convenient to try different studios.
I hope the CEO of OTF Canada and US will come to this studio so I can workout beside them and appreciate what this studio has to offer.

I like the variety of the classes. I like that the coaches will correct our form if we are doing something incorrectly. And I like the staff members.

The coaches are great. Very helpful. The music is awesome as well. I also love how it is split up with the treadmill, the rower and the weights.
I love that they are coach lead and the energy is always high, no matter the time of day. I love that you don’t know what you’re doing for the workout when you get there, because if I did some days, I wouldn’t come in! So the surprise element is great for me. I also like the heart rate monitor piece as it helps me to know when to push some more and when to maybe pull back a bit. This truly is the longest time I’ve held a gym membership because I really do enjoy the classes and the atmosphere at the studio.

That it is trainer lead and I can just come in and be told what to do. Trying to figure out what exercises to do was always one of the hardest things going to a gym. Also the variety of the workouts are nice.
