Overall, you have the nicest staff in every aspect of your operations. The staff know your name after your first visit and seem to remember everything about you. The trainers are enthusiastic and encouraging. Their belief in your ability encourages you to believe in yourself. The variety of classes and the music mean you’re never bored. There is tremendous camaraderie amongst the regular class attendees.
It is refreshing and creates a wholesome positive feeling.

It was different in terms not knowing what to expect in a full class of running. There was enough variety in that Treadmill 50 to keep me engaged and challenged. Even though I know I could've backed down and maybe taken it easy, it pushed on. I'm definitely feeling it the next day.
The different workout plans are great for keeping things new and exciting. And the intensity of the one-hour class has really helped me with my overall fitness level.
Great staff, great coaches and innovative workouts. They're always trying their hardest to make your workouts fun and interactive, and always thinking of new ways on how to do so.

The workouts push me outside my comfort zone. In two weeks I’ve noticed a difference in my physical health, but more importantly my mental health.
I’m in and out and don’t have to think about it.
It is all around - it has cardio, weights and the workouts seems to hit all your muscles. Music is good too and the coaches are great to have!

Coach Oscar is the best. He’s so motivating and has great energy
I appreciate that it changes every class, I feel there is no way I’d push myself that hard without a coach. Seeing the realtime feedback on the tablet shows me how hard I have to work to get into that helpful zone. I’d never believe that I had to push that hard for that
“ splat point “ range. I like that it’s too intense a workout to worry if people see me, and I don’t notice them either.
The split between strength endurance and power training is a great workout for me. Having a coach to help push and guide the group helps you achieve the results you are looking to achieve.
Great coaches, great classes, great members. Workouts are accessible to all fitness levels and you can continually push yourself. Good mix of workouts and continued development of new class formats.
My first day? I was curious and shy coz I don't know anyone, but my goal is to gain muscle in my booty and upper body as well, so I'll keep going and do exercise & I learned how to discipline myself and see the improvement in my body since I joined the OTF team.
Going to gym is not just keep me physically Fit but also improves your mental health fitness. when I started my day at the gym I feel more energized and stress free. And it's keep me enthusiastic and focused in my exercise task and it's give me positive influence.
I Love Orange theory Fitness the place was so cool with good ambiance. All the equipments are sanitized & clean. I highly recommend it,😘 All the staff are friendly and nice they are all very accommodating thanks to you all guys ( OTF staff ) especially to my beautiful coach Bella who give me compliments which boost my confidence level also help me to push motivation towards my goal. Full body workouts, no time to slack off once in, no more than an hour.
That I only need to get myself there and just do whatever the coach has planned throughout the workout.
I like it that the coaches make small adjustments and tweaks to my form to ensure I’m being safe and not doing myself any harm.
I love the encouragement I feel from the coaches to push myself out of my comfort zone to achieve my potential.
