J’adoore!! C’est toujours motivant et très diversifié. Les entraîneurs sont gentils et attentionnés. J’arrive à m’entraîner au Orangetheory contrairement à ailleurs ou j’ai aucunement envie d’y aller. C’est un concept qui te pousse à aller au maximum même si c’est difficile.

The classes are well thought out and always have enough variety to keep me coming back for more. Sometimes the exercises are on complementary muscle groups, other days we focus on the same ones! Those are tough. Classes vary as they follow a theme of either endurance, strength or power, while times we focus on all 3. In advance of our benchmarks/Orange Theory Challenge days, the classes are geared towards training for those dates. I like how purposeful the organization is with the amount of consideration put into every class template. I think the flex station at the end of each class designed to calm the hear and mind while stretching warm muscles is the perfect way to wrap up and leave feeling amazing for the rest of the day...and since we stretched...feeling great the next day too! The coaches are very supportive, ensuring that you are getting the most out of each template - whether you want to go easy that day or push yourself to a personal best - the coaches are there with ideas. Same goes for injuries and modifications to exercises if you're not 100% and still want to workout, there are options! I think what I appreciate the most is their attention to detail when it comes to workout form. The coaches are amazing at providing feedback on the fly to ensure you are working the intended muscle groups correctly and minimizing the chance you will injure yourself. Katie and her team have created a real ambiance, a positive & welcoming atmosphere and a sense of community through consistent customer service from all staff, teamwork, social media presence and genuine care for each OTF client.

I think the workouts usally planned in a professional way . And it requires the person to have medium level of body strength. I think it is good to have variety of workout options when you work with dumbells and body weight training . I enjoyed my experience so far.

I just joined back this week after cancelling my membership 5 months ago. I had a very warm welcome back from the front door staff which made me feel great :) I had really missed the amazing OTF workouts and the very motivating Coaches . They are always cheering you on and I appreciate that the coaches take the time to make sure you are doing the exercises correct so you always get the most out of it your workout.. I am very happy to be back with the OTF Family again:)
