Only 5 classes in but I like that I can get 2 good high intensity workouts in a week and I don’t have to think about it, just following instructions. Coaches McKenzie and Carol have been very positive and supportive.

Ça touche tout le corps et il y a de la bonne musique. On ne se sent pas en compétition et nous sommes bien accueilli. Les coachs nous suivent de près pour nous aider à faire la bonne posture dans nos entraînements.

I love that I just show up and know I’ll get a great workout in, and that I don’t have to plan or keep track of it. Helps with decision fatigue for a working momma!!

I love the intensity of the workouts and that everyday there is a different program. The ongoing variety keeps my interest and helps me to improve my fitness by ensuring I am training various muscle groups as well as my endurance, strength, and stability. The coaches are also awesome! They are all so supportive and motivating to give it our all.
What’s not to like? There are lots of options in times. The variety of the workout is never boring. Staff are friendly and efficient. And the coaches are attentive and know what they’re doing. All we have to do is show up and do our best to get the benefits

I really enjoy the structure of each workout. The hour class goes by so quickly because I am really into it and not dreading it the whole time. I have always struggled with that when working out in other ways. At OTF Oshawa all the coaches are so great and keep the energy up the whole class.
Encouraging but not pushy, great mix of exercises and awesome music… loud but not blaring.
