Yes most definitely! The Ancaster OTF studio is excellent with motivating coaches and ever changing workouts! The people are positive and friendly which makes for a great workout environment.

Workouts are engaging, and extremely effective. Awesome coaches, and results come fast. The "splat point" gamification aspect is particularly motivating.
My only constructive criticism is that the playlists could use a refresher (too much late '00s/early '10s pop for my palate, especially at 7am.)

Orange Theory is my happy place. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by the friendly familiar faces, to the moment I leave sweating, red and heaving from an awesome workout, I am a happy woman. I've tried so many different workouts and programs, but Orange Theory is the one that I can say that works for me because I enjoy the environment, the people, and the fact that I don't have to even think about if I'm going to have a good workout or not, because I know I absolutely will. It's let me set goals for myself, see the progress of my hard work, and celebrate all of my own personal achievements, no matter how big or how small. Orange Theory rocks!
