Je vais au OTF de TMR et les coachs que j’ai eu la chance d’assister à leur cours sont super bons, surtout Nathan, il est excellent comme coach!
Par contre, les personnes à l’accueil je ne les trouve no bons ni chaleureux, et ne prennent pas du tout le temps d’expliquer le fonctionnement, déroulement et les prix etc…

I have been working out for over 25 years. Typical gym workouts, running groups, bodybuilding and CrossFit. I have been struggling with grief over the last four years after losing my brother and lost my drive and motivation to workout.
I recently moved here from New Brunswick to follow my husband for work and it’s been a huge adjustment for myself and children.
My friend Sarah M has been encouraging me to join OTF since we moved here (7 months now) as she too loves it.
I just did my 7th class this morning after joining Feb 2nd and I absolutely look forward to every workout!!! The coaches that I have had have been so supportive and full of energy! Checking in with me to make sure I’m doing ok as I have a past knee injury. I feel motivated again for the first time in the last 4 years and it’s because of Sarah and the staff at OTF!! Thank you for being so welcoming :)

Energy was good
That it is lead by a coach telling me what to do and demonstrating the exercises and as well, that everything is timed and easy to follow!
I am new to this program and love that the classes are in a group setting with a coach instructing and encouraging you throughout the workout. I am able to participate within my personal abilities and am given alternative goals if I am unable to perform any of the exercises. I feel welcome by all the staff and they check on me regularly to ensure I have everything I need.

Ian’s music selection. The friendly staff at reception. I would not allow people to bring their mode of transportation into the reception (dress room) area though. Keep it locked outside OFT members!

Orange Theory is my happy place. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by the friendly familiar faces, to the moment I leave sweating, red and heaving from an awesome workout, I am a happy woman. I've tried so many different workouts and programs, but Orange Theory is the one that I can say that works for me because I enjoy the environment, the people, and the fact that I don't have to even think about if I'm going to have a good workout or not, because I know I absolutely will. It's let me set goals for myself, see the progress of my hard work, and celebrate all of my own personal achievements, no matter how big or how small. Orange Theory rocks!
