What do you like about our workout?

I love that it is a full body, intense workout that maximizes the hour spent. I also like that I don’t have to think about anything and it’s all decided for me, I just have to follow instruction and that it’s very upbeat and motivating environment

The classes are designed to work the major muscle groups over a couple of classes per week. So I don’t need to create my own training plan. The results are real and after a few classes I can feel the difference.
The best way to get it done without the cost of a personal trainer and a gym.

In my job I’m constantly having to make choices and decisions. I like coming to OTF and not having to think about what I need to do, the coach has a plan.
And I always feel like I’ve gotten a good workout.

I like the instructors who are personable and encouraging. I also like how’s the workouts are designed… Well, balanced with cardio and weights in the rowing machine and lots of variety and you learn it. I also like the heart monitor, which allows us to work with our own bodies..
