I love the mix of exercises/workouts Orangetheory provides. To me it's a complete package to a workout to strengthen all areas for whatever you do outside of OTF. For me, I play volleyball & run, so the Orangetheory workouts are a great cross training tool.
The coaches are fantastic too! Haven't met one I didn't like! They're very knowledgeable, fun & willing to assist if you need an alternate exercise.

The metrics, the frequent change-ups, and the early morning start. The instructor was excellent - motivating without yelling at me like a drill sergeant.

The coaches are very motivating yet kind, and I find the staff very accomodating when it comes to assistance with booking in and making changes to my work out schedule. You work really hard in these sessions, which is the whole point! The workouts are always changing, so it never gets boring. The science behind the workouts makes sense and I feel they are essential for me to reach my health and fitness goals.
