It's a full body workout and I always feel great after. I also love that each person can adapt the workout to what works best for them.
I’ve always enjoyed working out in a timed, high energy, group environment. The “OT way” fills one full hour of what your body needs to burn calories, build muscle strength and overall wellness. I can also track OT workouts on my Apple Watch to go toward my daily goals, which I love. Great group of trainers, music and mega clean studio! GREAT JOB OT -Southern Pines, NC!

The different templates, the camaraderie, the coaches know who you are. Even if you’ve been going forever, they’ll still correct form & I always notice them helping newer members.

I always leave OT happy!! And I always get a great workout. All the coaches do a great job encouraging you to be your best. The music is always fun and helps you keep going. It’s an awesome atmosphere with really great people. I know I am stronger than I’ve ever been because of OT and the wonderful coaches.

The variety of exercises and being able to track my data. Renee and the coaches are awesome!
The coaches are fantastic. For 1 hour I get to focus on nothing but the workout. With their guidence and encouragement I know that I will be doing the exercises correctly and push much harder then I would on my own.
The studios are always clean and well maintained which is such a comfort.
The workout….it’s the best I’ve ever done. The trainers are amazing. They are always encouraging and pushing you in a gentle way! I love it!
I really enjoy the pace and intensity of the workouts and the excellent encouragement and energy of the Coaches. I train at 5 AM and we have a core group of people that work out together and push each other to keep improving.
Variety of execises…I feel like am being pushed which is what I need to get exercise.
The best thing about OTF is that you just have to focus on yourself and the coach takes care of everything else!! The workout routine, music and the coach’s encouragement makes the best 1 hour you will spend in your day!!
I like the level of comfort as an introvert.
Love the fact you show up, give 110%, and feel great. You don't have to know all about the things to get a great balanced workout.
