I love the variety of the workouts and how the coaches push me to do a little more each time!
Once scheduled, I go! I like that I get a pretty well-rounded workout. Right now I really need work on my core, so it would be nice to know what days that is offered as part of the routine, so I'd know what day to go to get this for sure. I do like having the monitor to help me push myself towards a numerical goal. That way there is no doubt that I pushed myself.

The coaches are so motivating and positive and there is a way to modify everything so you can keep going and not lose momentum even if you get an injury

Love the coaches and the front desk staff too! Having a coach call out the workouts keep us going at a good pace and it’s different everyday.
I like that it is 55 mins of constant workout (HIIT). I like that I get a strength workout along with cardio. My favorite is when we do a run/row combination with a strength/core workout. I would like the coaches to suggest heavier weights or other strategies to intensify the workout and to correct inaccurate techniques. Some coaches do, which I appreciate, but not all.

Wow there is a long list. First the coaches are the best. They push harder than anything I could ever do on my own. The front office staff also in the top. The overall program keeps me coming back 5 days a week, every class is something new, and the week/month long events are also great. The studio is always clean, and the music is always rocking. The other members are like a family. Even at 5:30 AM on a weekday or 7:00 AM on a Saturday it's fun.
I love the coaches at OTF Fayetteville, NC! They truly care about the health and well being of each member. They motivate you to get uncomfortable and push yourself when they know you can do more. They celebrate your PRs as if they were their own. I also love the inclusive environment of the studio. Everyone is welcome and appreciated!

Absolutely everything! My coaches and studio have the absolute best people! Also, the people I work out with are the nicest. The coaches are so knowledgeable and work so well modifying everything for my chronic genetic arthritis that I am stronger, fitter, and faster than I have been in years! Took me over a year, but with Orange Theory’s help and support, I lost over 50 lbs! So I am happier as well lol
So motivating! I feel so accomplished after a workout!
