It forces me to incorporate other aspects of training into my workout - things that I don't have the discipline to do myself. They also keep me accountable. I love it!

The interval focus and balance between cardio and strength training. The coaches create the OTF experience.

I’ve been a member for 4 years and it’s the best workout you can get in an hour. The coaches are great and keep you motivated. I recommend OTF to anyone who wants a full body workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that our workouts change daily. Some days have more rowing than running on the treadmill. I also love the different floor exercises. I like the new focus on breathing for the stretching at the end of class.

I like the staff and coaches. They are encouraging, motivating and helpful. I like the different challenges throughout the year. I LOVE the 90 minute classes.

I feel like I have found my tribe when I work out at OTF.

I love the energy of the workouts. The coaches offer so much support and encouragement during each class but also outside of classes. OTF Wake Forest is super welcoming and makes everyone feel at home- regardless of how fast they run or how heavy they lift.

What do you like about our workout?

Every workout is different! We get pushed outside if out comfort zones and hit milestones we never thought possible in an incredibly positive and supportive environment! If you have injuries or limitations, OTF never makes you feel like you don't belong! The coaches always take time to help you modify the exercises so you get the same benefit!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I can come in for an hour, leave exhausted and sweaty and get back to my life - it is a great way to get an awesome workout and still manage a busy work/life schedule!

It's hard to beat the workouts they conduct. Many calories burned each workout, and you can use the weights and speeds that are best for you. They're always encouraging and help you ensure proper form to prevent injury.

What do you like about our workout?

I don’t have to think about what to do next! I get to have someone else tell me for an hour what to do to make me feel better and to have a healthier tomorrow! Love OT!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the energy of the studio! Everyone is so supportive from the coaches, staff to the folks in each class. I don't have to think about my workout and whether it's effective, it's done fore me. All I have to do is show up and give my best and have a pretty good time while doing it. I saw results pretty quickly after starting and that's been over a year. I've worked out pretty consistently my entire adult life, but this is the one program I've stuck with the longest. It's motivating to be able to quantify your progress with benchmarks. The workouts can be tough, but the sense of accomplishment on everyones faces when they're finished is even more proof that it's the best workout out there. I almost forgot the most important part...the music is awesome!
