The coaches are so supportive and always motivating you to push yourself a little bit more.
Variety in the class and every day is different. Coaches are very motivating. The workouts are always challenging and satisfying. The workouts are achievable for all levels so everyone can be proud of themselves.
They challenge me to surpass the goals I’ve set. It’s much better to accomplish next to likeminded people !
I live the 3g format of strength cardio and power all in one class. You get the most bang for your hour of work and leave feeling amazing. The coaches are awesome, Elizabeth and Matt are my favorite.

I love that the workout changes day to day so you never know what’s coming and it keeps it fresh. I love the energy from the coaches and how supportive they are to everyone. I love the sense of community from the other members as we come together, all there before 5am…. There’s a strong sense of “we made it through this together,” when the class is over. The best part is the feeling of accomplishment I have after finishing every class.
Everything!!!! The scheduled workouts, Coaches, environment (very motivational) music , ladies up front that always make you feel welcomed and take good care of any scheduling needs/questions you have 😃 I’ve been to other gyms but in my opinion, they can’t even compare with Orangethery and the overall results you get!
Best overall experience and I highly recommend it! I give them an A plus or 10 plus!

I love the group classes and all of the coaches are wonderful
I wasn’t used to structured, guided workouts. When I did my trial class at OTF, I was intrigued. They were high energy and challenging yet doable. I’ve been a member for going on five years now (minus Covid), and plan to keep going as long as I can. I appreciate the positive encouragement from the coaches and their wealth of knowledge. My kids can’t wait until they can go because they know how much I love it 😝
I love OTF! I love the environment and being competitive with myself during workouts! Also the coaches are great and super encouraging, ensuring we don't stay in our comfort zones.

Variety. Every workout is unique. In addition the atmosphere is not judgmental which allows people of all fitness levels to challenge themselves to achieve individual goals.
A full hour with a coach providing a challenging workout! I know that when I leave, I have accomplished a successful workout with not a minute wasted.
I love the prescribed workouts that are always different and challenging. I like being coached through the workout and the atmosphere of hard work that is present in every class.
It's always different so you're not bored with the same routine. The coaches are amazing and really motivate you. The people you work out with are so supportive, no one is judging you, and everyone truly just wants everyone around them to feel good about their workout. The idea of tracking exertion through heart rate is also great, you know when to push yourself or when to back off.
5am classes.
I like that it changes every time. I like the combination of all the exercises. I like the instant feedback of the heart monitor and it's correlation to SPLAT points. It motivates me. I I would not work as hard if I was doing a workout on my own. Another aspect that I like is that I'm learning new exercises and using them in an order that makes the best sense. Again, I could not construct as an equally valuable combination of exercises. The only negative, if you will, is that most of the music is geared to the younger crowd. However, I've developed a familiarity and even a liking to many of the tunes. Just a note though, not a reason for going.
I don’t have to think about it. It’s an intense workout that burns a lot of calories. There’s now an option for weight training only, which I like.
the coaches are encouraging and engaging. the music is motivating and wakes you up (even at 5am!). everyone is happy to dig deep together!
The flexibility of having a weight lifting class options and regular HIIT class with great coaches who give you options and of course the play lists.
I love being able to catch a class at OTF NR with a group of my friends. Jessica and her staff are great and bring the perfect friendly and energetic atmosphere to the studio. All the coaches at North Raleigh are great !
Variety and efficient but effective workouts
