I love the ability to modify if needed. I like not having to think about my workouts,
There is a positive atmosphere no matter how old you are staff & coaches make you feel welcome.
It’s a no judgment zone you do what you can do. I love the fact I can go do the hour workout & be done no guesswork!

Love the different templates and that I don’t have to design the workout or think about it. I just walk through the doors and follow the laid out workout with the awesome coaches!

At Cary / McGregor: I love the staff! Renee is one of my favorite coaches I've ever had, and Tatianna is always so bright and sunny and fun to talk to.

At Orangetheory in general: I love that just by showing up, I know I'm getting a good workout. I also love how much you can adjust to your own preferences and needs--if I'm having a rough day, I can take it easy. If I'm in the zone, I can push myself as hard as I want! I love how easily I can do either in each workout.

I absolutely LOVE the motivation from coaches and members! It is so rewarding when even on your tough days that you are being lifted up and on your pr days they are celebrating you. Every workout is worth it. I am so thankful to be a part of this Orangetheory community.

I know I will get a good workout without having to think about it or create my own routine. The coaches are great in providing helpful tips, correcting form and pushing you when they know you can give/do a bit more!

I love the energy at OTF.. You can feel it the moment you walk in the studio (always greeted warmly by whoever is working the front desk), and then it ticks up a notch when the music starts playing and it's time to warm up. The workouts are never boring, always challenging, and highly effective at driving cardiovascular conditioning. I also appreciate the good old fashioned strength training with a mix of body weight movements and dumbbells available up to 80 lbs. I love the healthy competition that being in a class setting provides. It helps you to push yourself harder than you ever would while training alone. And I love the coaches. Their attitudes and feedback are always positive, and their instruction is always helpful. Greensboro OTF is the best!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I don't have to think about what I should do. I like that I'm in competition with myself. I like the biofeedback element with the color zones.

I don't like that there isn't a ton of emphasis on core building....not enough abs specific exercises, and I don't like that the stretching is 2 minutes tops. That is not enough. It should be a greater focus of the class at the end.

I also think that the lockers should be labeled according to what equipment piece and number you are on....ie: rower 7, you should have locker coordinating to rower 7. I spend so much time opening and closing lockers that are already taken. It's a tiny annoyance which could be easily avoided with some good labeling of the lockers.
