I love how great this workout program is for all different skill levels. There’s always helpful suggestions and modifications to an exercise that might need some time to work up to and strengthen that particular muscle group. The instructors are all very supportive and understanding and don’t make me feel intimidated. I love how each work out is uniquely designed and different each day so you never get bored and all muscles groups get attention throughout any given week!

The coaches at my studio are fantastic and make sure I am using good form. This is so important to me in order to get the most out of the exercises and help prevent injury. The coaches are also very encouraging.
