I love that I don’t need to think about - I just show up, do what I’m told to do, and get a great workout every time. I especially like how friendly everyone is at the Holly Springs location. I feel welcome there and love how new members/visitors are always greeted warmly too.

I love WF Orange Theory! The coaches and staff are supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fantastic!
Workouts are the best of both worlds.....a group environment yet individually focused. I am over 60 and the Orangetheory concept allows me to workout with a group of all ages, be part of the team and tailor, with the help of coaches, my workout to meet my needs and abilities. I don't feel like a failure or worse, injure myself, trying to keep up with the college athlete beside me! I'm able to set goals, see improvement and have fun.

Although it's a group session, workouts are customized and individualized via the OT heart-rate monitor as well as coach-provided modifications.

I love the class vibe, the instructors are great, and the rotation across different workout stations (rower, weights, treadmill) provides a healthy combo of cardio plus strength training. Having a coach lead the class means I don't have to figure out what my workout should be for the day, and ensures proper form plus the added dimension of fun as well as knowledge as to why we're doing what we're doing. Scheduling classes is easy and there are so many timeslot options available to choose.
It's always different every day and targets different body parts daily too - always a well rounded workout! Love the coaches too - they make the workout fun and it goes by fast!

I like the built in accountability from having to sign up for, and then show up to, classes at specific times. It isn't always the perfect time, but that level of consistency and accountability in the moment has helped keep me on track.
Everyone at the studio is very welcoming and accommodating and friendly! All of the coaches are outstanding and I am always satisfied by the level of interest and care they take in detailing the workout to ensure that you are optimizing your investment of time!
