The variety and that it is over in an hour
I recently returned after leaving for about a year. When I returned I fell back in love. I love the staff and all the crazy workouts. I've never done the same workout twice, and the 1 hr workout goes by quickly. If you like to burn about 500 calories, this is the place to go. All you gotta do is show up.
Variety of the workouts and exercises. Also that it’s doable by everyone, regardless of fitness level.

For some crazy reason I book my classes the night before - I guess it programs my brain to commit, so I love that in the OTF App. When I wake up, my mind is still asleep, but all of the sudden, like in autopilot, I am rowing at OTF and HAPPY!
I love the fact that the goals are short-term, because my brain gets hijacked in such a way that I don’t have time to process the pain :) nor fight my actions with quitting thoughts haha. Also, I have a trainer constantly talking and encouraging me and the not one day is equal to another. At OTF, the trainers are the brain and I just execute in a fun way. …58 minutes later, I am back in my car and I don’t how it happened. This is the best way to get a habit, just do it and OTF is the right place. They’ve done the research and they’ve got the trainers; I just go and have fun. 🧡

The intensity, variety of movements and workouts, and the positive engagement by the coaches are the best aspects of OTF. I love the class dynamic and the community structure and collaborative environment that OTF promotes.

The *Reston* OTF staff... incomparable! They are all about creating "community" and a fun, safe atmosphere within which folks can challenge themselves and thrive. Could not love more!
There are coaches there that really make sure I’m not only doing the exercises with proper form, but also continuing to push myself past my comfort zone. The music choices also really work with the exercises but the coaches don’t play it too loud where it interferes with your workout.
I have been doing it for a year and the workouts are still challenging me. I do not like to lift weights and the workouts nit only make me lift weights but our awesome instructors push me to increase my weight selection and have helped to get stronger.
I love the orange lights and believe they improve my mood.

I love that no two classes are the same - the coaches are amazing and encouraging - the workouts are challenging but never impossible, and you can do them at your own pace.

You get a variety of workouts throughout the hour: treadmill, rower, floor. The coaches are excellent and are around for encouragement and any corrections you may need. The people in the class are super friendly and encouraging.
It's great but expensive, and no childcare. Makes it difficult for working parents. But the program is awesome, and we love it.
Great mix of cardio and strength and love that it’s different every time which keeps it interesting!

The running and rowing exercises. It fits with my fitness preferences. The coaches are great motivators and my my gym has a great enthusiastic environment.
I love that I can just show up and know that I will get a well rounded, great workout for 60 mins - doesn’t hurt that the coaches are amazing and members are fun! :)
It’s a no brainer. Just do what they tell you even in the treadmill. It’s a hard workout and I like seeing my heart rate
I like not having to plan my own workouts and that I get to spend just enough time at each station so I never feel like I'm "still" there. Love the pace and the instructors are fantastic. They are very warm and inviting.
