I like the "different routine everyday." The classes are never boring because you rotate from one type of workout to another, I enjoy the coaches encouragements, and they seem caring and knowledgeable. The members seem to be nice too!

I'm an original member of Fairfax Circle OT (Elite). It's been fun coming in to do workouts. I enjoy knowing the coaches who help me to correct forms and to give me advice always.
I don't know if it's normal in this field but the 1 main trainer(coach) left since started, and I just got info that the current main trainer would leave next week. I also struggle with my heart rate monitor which is not working properly. (Mine is the old version - wear it directly under my body) Every time it's not working, the front desk staff kindly charge/fix it. I thank you for the service.

I like most of the workouts. The exercises and variety are great!
I don’t like the ones with frequent tread/rower/floor changes because it seems like we spend more time switching than working out

I love the support and encouragement from the coaches. I also like that the only "thinking" I have to do is to understand the exercises for a particular day. No worrying about what day it is and which exercises to do. I just show up and follow instructions for a great workout.
I do not have to think about what exercises to do. It’s all mapped out and keeps us challenged and busy.
I love the location and staff. Bathrooms are always clean and the availability of a shower helps me get to work more efficiently.
The transitions from the three exercises keeps me interested. Also the heart monitor keeps me accountable.

Hey!! Love the music, love the independence. For example, you can choose what 'all out' means to you- and regardless of whether it's a sprint or a belabored jog, the vibes are immaculate and the encouragement is awesome. I love OTF. I don't usually skip workouts because regardless of my energy level, I can get something out of it.

Always something different, I never get board with the workouts and I love that the coaches tell you what to do, so I don't have to think about it. The coaches are great, motivating and helpful.

Workouts are well-rounded and change from day to day. I also enjoy the coaches. Please bring back the 3G classes. I miss my rowing : )
