I have to say.. Initally, when another studio opened in S. Riding, I told myself, it's so much closer to me and I was defiently going to transfer. I attended a few classes and was conflicted. The REASON I won't transfer is because of the coaches. I love Jonathan's enthusiasm at 5am, Raven's music and her interaction and encouragement with us folks, and Chuck's motivation and checking and correcting my form and seen him do it across the board.
Although it's kind out of my way and the time... I will never think twice leaving. I have to also give credit to the outstanding customer service over at the front desk!

Variation in workouts, instructors, Playlist!
I like that one reserves a spot in class. It is the only workout program where I have seen results. And it is only 60 minutes.
Challenging and steady pace
High energy
The coaching I receive during class to ensure I'm getting the most out of the program. Having a coach helps with accountability as well. The pre-planned workouts take the brain work away from the client so we can just focus on movement.
It was a great class. I am visiting from Boston. I wish I could remember the coach’s name because she was awesome. (Tuesday, July 30 at 10:45 AM). I am here in Arlington because my dear friend lost his battle with brain cancer on Sunday, July 28th. I took the class to clear my head and move my body. The coach was fun and encouraging. She welcomed me before class started, checked in with me a couple times during class, happily answered a question I had about a move on the weight floor, and announced at the end of class that I was a visitor from Boston. The rest of the people in the class gave a warm little applause. It was just lovely. At the end of class, I told the coach about what I was going through and she was so very kind. She encouraged me to come back during my stay if I need a place to decompress. I hope you can track down who this coach was and tell her what a great asset to the OTF team she is.

Great instructors
I love how the coaches are so willing to help you. Something else I like is that the rotations are super short so you aren’t staying in one place too long.
