I love the workouts at Orangetheory! The treads, rowers and weights on the floor combined with the heart rate monitor and splat points makes for a workout that works - and makes me want to return again and again! The coaches and studio assistants are great, and I’ve enjoyed meeting the variety of people who continuously workout at OTF. It’s a bit addictive, in the healthiest way!

It’s like having a personal trainer & how the workouts are unpredictable/changes up.
The instructors care and treat everyone with respect no matter their fitness level or ability. They gently correct your form with weight lifting and encourage you to push yourself with cardio to get stronger and healthier. (Do not use my my in publication)

I love the variety of the activities which keeps me motivated. The coaches are also amazing for pushing me harder than I think I can go. Big kudos to Silvia for being amazing!!

The workouts are selected for you. You don’t have to think about what to do.

I love the level of expertise and engagement on the part of the coaches, particularly Sarah. As an older member, I know my older member friends and I apprcItebthebway she makes all of the participants feel important, no matter what their age is.
