I am able to get cardio and skeletal/ muscular work in a hour. It has completely changed my health and is starting to sculpt and tone my body overall. I no longer am going to have to take blood pressure meds and I can easily keep up with my kindergarteners! It’s dramatically helped my mood and overall outlook and I know I’m going to feel better when I leave!
Working out is something I never liked to do. I would join a gym, workout for a few months off and on... then stop. This is the first time in my life (and I'm 51 years old!) that I've ever stuck to a workout routine for multiple years in a row! I used to have anxiety walking into the gym wondering what I should do when the treadmills are all in use or what equipment to use and not look so unexperienced. OT makes it so easy... you just show up! Your coach keeps you motivated by saying nice job in getting to the orange zone or... you need 2 more splat points to keep burning after the workout or... I think you can lift a little heavier... try this weight.
I will never be someone that loves working out but OT make it easier for people like me and I can honestly say I don't hate it!
Love OTF and south riding has been a great studio location. It's clean and front desk staff is super friendly.

Whatever you are paying the manger Evan its not enough, he does an amazing running a tight ship of all the OTF studios i've visited Bradlee is at the top of the list. Also, the coaches are great motivating me to work harder

The instructors are super-motivating and most importantly, they are great about correcting my form during the strength exercises, which I desperately need. I am so glad a friend referred me to Orangetheory Fitness and I joined.
I like the diversity of the workouts, every day is new!
I like that I get to do different workouts through out the hour. I (almost) don't get time to be bored with an exercise when it's time to move on to the next set.

The coaches at Fairfax City are amazing. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, I can see another OTF as I walk to my car and happily drive 20-25 minutes for Joe W. and Kim’s classes. I always enjoy sessions with Carleigh and Joe A. as well. I’m usually the only one who needs modifications for the floor, but the coaches are always kind and share options with everyone- they never make me feel uncomfortable for not being able to do what everyone else can.
The SAs are also wonderful- they’re friendly and take the time to learn all our names…and even remember favorite stations! Thanks to Angelica’s help, I was able to put together a special present for my sister in honor of her 1000th class.
Please, please don’t lose the current coaches- they truly make OTF seem like home. Today I spoke to a friend who goes to a different studio and he commented that his coaches just go through the motions, there’s no real interaction with members. I’m grateful that’s definitely not the case at Fairfax City!

The coaches and staff are awesome! I love the workouts! Orange theory motivates me to work out. My only complaint is they sometimes classes repeat too close together. I also wish there was a 3:15 Friday class.
It's true that once you join OTF Vienna, there is no looking back. The effective workouts for any fitness levels, the energetic environment and supportive community make it the best place to spend your time! From the moment you arrive, the front desk staff are very friendly and the coaches get you pumped and push you to new levels. There are so many gyms and specialty workouts available now but OTF surpasses them!
I love the high energy OT workouts! The coaches, Michele and Jackie, are so encouraging and help me with my technique on the rowers and floor. I feel stronger and my cardio has improved. The zone system is very motivating and pushes me to increase my effort much more than if I was working out in a gym on my own.
Coaches are great and knowledgeable. Front desk staff is helpful and courteous. Equipment and gym is well maintained.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, but you go at your own speed and ability. You only compete with yourself. The coaches are great and give alternatives if you have any restrictions or limitations. It's a great workout! The heart monitor is a great tool to keep you in check and get the best workout possible. I feel stronger with each class!
Love OTF. Always have. I like the format and coaching.
