The challenge and community!
Great coaches, great staff, good music! Recommend for anyone who is looking to start OT. Always a good workout there!
Orange Theory is THE best workout! The coaches and staff are amazing and truly dedicated to their members. The coaches get to know you and are always pushing, encouraging, motivating and helping people in the classes. Plus, when traveling, there are studios nationwide.
Great coaches who encourage you and show you correct form! Love the atmosphere and great music.
I’ve never felt better about myself than I do now that I’ve been going to orange theory. Working out in the past has been boring and I haven’t felt results. In o my 2 weeks, I’ve lost 5 lbs and feel better about myself. Highly recommend Orange theory
Coach motivation during workouts!
I love that it's only an hour and a get a complete workout. Every day is different!
Everything! 😊
Fabulous workout!
Great cardio, nice facilities!
Motivation, easier when I don't have to think about it!
Everything so motivating
It’s never the same workout. :)
Enthusiastic staff, great music
I love the ambience, the music, the coach guiding us through proper forms. I love that I don't need to think about what exercises I need to do to complete my workout. I love that there's no gym intimidation, and how quickly the time goes. I also love tracking my process and seeing how I've gotten better through each week.
Individual fitness goals with a team feel/atmosphere. I also appreciate when I am guided by fitness and diet experts who don't give me advice based on a one-solution-fits-all approach.
It’s hard but mostly do able and there is someone there to push you yet help you when needed.
The base workout is doable for everyone and it's easily modifiable to be easier or harder. It allows you to be competitive with yourself and with others' numbers without it being personal because you don't know who they are.
I loved the instructor-led variation in workouts - particularly the treadmill components - in which we went from base, push, and all out. I founds the treadmill component to be the most challenging and impactful. What I did not enjoy at all were the partner workouts. My workouts are my time to escape and focus on training. I felt like the partner workouts were a distraction from my daily goals, so much so that I avoided partner days. One shout out though: the second our OTF branch introduced assigned numbers for treadmills and so forth, it took a lot of stress out of the experience. Really, the unassigned method was a stressful experience, so good on the team to recognize the need to adapt the process because it had a huge impact.
I don’t have to have a workout plan or think of what exercises to do next. It’s working out without thought.
It’s quick and I can go at my own pace. I don’t feel like I have to compete with anyone or being judged.
Being told what to do.
I show up work out and go home. There is no questioning what work out and equipment I’m using that day, or how many reps or what weight I’ll use. It’s a quality workout with no workout planning on my part. I love it.
it was individually paced and enjoyable
My main complaint is that people constantly jump the rails on the treadmills and that’s very dangerous. please talk to coaches about letting people know about this
Love all the coaches and the positive energy!!
Motivation, sense of comradery, and accountability. Staff has been excellent!
First time at Centreville OT, great instructor and studio!
I absolutely love that it’s a great mix of strength, power, and endurance. I also like the variety. The music is great too! And Mattie has been awesome! Very motivating! I’ve encouraged all my friends to try it because I love it so much.
The studio is beautiful, the floor is spacious, and the staff is phenomenal! Awesome vibes from the coach and front desk staff!
State of the art equipment, great trainers
