It really works you to the ground, and its not just endurance, or strength, or power, ITS ALL THREE. It's rare to find a gym that works cardio as well as muscle tone and definition AND that its super fun, but that's what Orange Theory is. Oh, and the coaches, one word: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
Completely addicting! There is no better way to start the day at 5am. Raven and Jonathan are the absolute best coaches. They motivate but keep it fun. I literally can’t imagine my life without OTF.

I love the pace of the class and how we change between stations. It keeps it interesting. I especially like Christian as a coach because he is very personable and he takes the time to make sure we are doing the exercises properly. He makes it feel like I have my own personal trainer.
It was a great mixture of HIIT and circuit work.

I like the intensity and variety of the workout. Everyone comes in at a different level of fitness, but everyone can benefit from the workout. The heart rate monitor don't lie. I like that the workouts have modifications for physical limitations. I am in pretty decent shape, and I also like the instructors will also suggest ways to make the workouts harder.
The mix of cardio and strength exercises in one class. Plus, if the instructor is sensitive to your physical needs, he/she will help you to find a solution to doing the exercises without hurting yourself.
It makes me get off my backside and do something for myself! No more excuses...

This is a great studio. Both intructors and staff at desk are great. There are plenty of class times.
Always energentic, challenging and within the framework there is variety.
I do have to watch that I balance challenging myself with lisening to my body and going with lower variations.
Everyone was so friendly. We were visiting from Chicago. My first 90 minute class!

What’s not to like?! The folks who work the front desk are always so helpful and welcoming. They are always so patient and willing to help out when needed, particularly in the middle of a workout when your armband isn’t working properly. :) The coaches are amazing! Joe has his encouraging hand claps. Caroline is the dance music, motivational queen! Georgia is always so encouraging and ensures you have proper form. Ron busts out the old school rap and you can often see him busting a groove while telling us that we can go harder. Jenn is super friendly, corrects our form on the floor, and is incredibly motivating! The coaches have pushed me to do things I physically haven’t done in years and I appreciate them all so much!
Challenging, but accessible to many fitness types. Variety. There is enough repetition that things feel familiar and you can work on form, but it still feels fresh each day. Positive vibes.
The variation is great, and the instructor knowledge and energy really motivates me. I look forward to the workouts, and on days I can't go am disappointed!
