Really effective for only being an hour. Challenging, variety.
It’s an incredible workout- no matter what we do. I also love all of the coaches- they keep me going. I also feel like a million bucks, maybe sometimes a tired and sore million bucks....lol

The station changes and interval changes - keeps it moving and you are not doing one thing for a long length of time. Just started but very much enjoying it so far!

Enjoy the variation. I find doing the same workout repeatedly boring and frankly, mentally fatiguing. I began attending OTF Evans in September 2018 and have done approximately 20 classes to date. Not once have I had the same workout.
It is always challenging. I like having the ability to monitor calories burned, heart rate, etc. The coaches are excellent. Working out in a group is extra motivation to work hard.
Constant encouragement and push from the coaches that results in a much harder workout than I would do on my own.
I don’t like anything about OT workouts, I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT OT WORKOUTS!!!!! It’s my ADDICTION😃😃😃 And it’s the best kind of addiction to have!

Love Orangetheory and the staff! They are always so helpful and fantastic workouts that leave you feeling great! Been contemplating bumping up my membership to the unlimited bc I love it so much!
Coaches. Staff, facility... the whole body workout
I’ve been coming to Orange Theory since August 2018 and it’s become something I have a hard time going without. The coaches are encouraging, the staff is sweet and helpful, and it’s become a part of my week that I look forward to the most. I have seen changes in my body while also changing eating habits and have never felt more confident, seeing the calories I burn and how many splat points I get is encouraging enough to keep me coming back. I’m very thankful my mum researched them one day and convinced me to try it!
I love that it pushes me to do more than I would push myself. I absolutely love the atmosphere as well.

The program is intense but enjoyable. The class leader was lively. She kept things moving but still had time to closely monitor the individual progress

All the coaches are awesome!
Music, abs and arms, rowing with exercises in between (jacks, squats, etc.) every certain number of meters, treads!! Not in any particular order.
