The coaches are great and do a great job at motivating. The only reason I wouldn’t give a 10 is sometimes the class size is large in comparison to the classes that you could participate in at other types of gyms for the same price.

Challenging, variety, high intensity, fun!, good music, I see results! Great coaches!!! I have attended OTF for several years at multiple locations in ATL and elsewhere- coach Margaret is the best coach I’ve ever had. Please keep her around! She’s fun, motivating, knows everyone’s name, and gives lots of form corrections

The 60 minutes are broken up into different exercises which make the class less stressful, more interesting and therefore time seems to pass more quickly.

I love that its pretty structured and takes the guess work out of working out, especially with weights, I love that the coaches are hands off when they need to be but right there if you have any questions, and I love the accountability that if I skip a workout or cancel last minute, I'm just hurting myself physically and financially

It’s high energy and gets my adrenaline pumping! Having other people next to you doing the same work out and giving it their all is motivating and keeps you chugging along during those struggle moments when you want to cave. It offers competition, goal setting, self improvement, and an atmosphere of people who are pumped to be there and encourage you to “go all out”. It’s staring yourself down in the mirror and convincing yourself you CAN do this. You CAN run this speed for 30 more seconds. It’s practicing mental toughness. And, it’s awesome.

I like how it’s actually fun! For years I had a negative relationship with exercise, but ever since I started here, I can’t wait until I have a day off from work to get to a class! Everyone is so encouraging and the coaches are great (especially Shelley)! I like how I can pace myself with the heart rate monitor as well. The only suggestion I have would be to add a later class for the day shift nurses! Like around 8pm? I would come after work :)

What do you like about our workout?

Workouts are fun and challenging. Equipment and entire spaces are very clean and fresh. Staff and others working out are friendly, encouraging and complimentary no matter what your fitness level. AND, to top it off, you will get results!

What do you like about our workout?

It's a group effort to keep you motivated, yet you are competing against yourself and pushing yourself to your limits. I like that any exercise that I am unable to perform, there are modified versions you are taught.

The coaches are so encouraging and helpful both in and outside of the workout sessions.

I love the different people I met and the encouragement we show each other. It is a great way to start your day, week or year!
