Love the intensity of each workout, I always feel great after completing a OTF session. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the coaches are fantastic.

I love OTF Midtown.
The studio is clean, and the treadmill is top notch. But above all else, the staff and coaches are amazing and make this little studio a place I look forward to going to. They’re fast to greet you with a smile and make these workouts less painful, and more fun, and it’s unsurprising that the studio feels less like a gym and more like a community where I happen to sweat a lot :)
Everything! I love knowing my assigned space, I love no longer having to get there 30 minutes early just to get a treadmill first especially. I love that the workouts are different each day with different coaches and different music. The only complaint (and it’s a personal one) is the newer cool down exercises all involve being on your knees and my old knees can’t do that so I end up skipping. I’ve worked out with personal trainers and Bootcamps for years and OT is by far my favorite.

Great coaches, equipment in working order, staff friendly, great workout mates, never same workout twice!
The coaches are great motivators. I love the pace of the class and how fast the time passes.
I just have to show up - no new moves to think of or learn; everyday is different; love the gamification of the big scoreboard - makes me strive to crush the calorie count.
