It’s different everyday
The variety of all of it. That the coaches really look at each person and make individual
recommendations. How genuinely interested in each participant the coaches and staff are. Getting a thorough workout and a personal trainer for every session.
It is intensive but not too hard for someone who has not been part of a group class for 10 years. You can pick your individual intensity.

There is always a challenge or a benchmark to strive for and a new Personal Record to attain. I don't have the decide what my workouts will be, just which days I will attend. (Usually 4 to 5 days per week) The 615 and 730 crew are awesome. I enjoy the Mental and Physical rewards that OTF provides. If you haven't tried you have no idea what you are missing.....
Workouts are different everyday, they are challenging, but definitely doable. The coaches also give options.

The amount of calories I burn in 1 hour! No other workout is going to make me burn 450-600 calories in one session.
