It is never the same and just the right intensity for where i am physically. Love the coaches!!!
It's challenging but also at your pace and you can push yourself as hard or as little as you want. I love that the workouts are always changing and the coaches are so encouraging! Having the heart rate monitor and knowing which zone I'm in is really helpful to know if I can push a little harder or if I might need to back down a little.

Really, nothing, everything hurts (during and the day after), the coaches are pushing you to do more, and I really don't like doing more, plus I'm constantly not looking forward to the day leading up to the day I am going in. I wake up and think Oh no, today is OT day... I guess I keep going only because of how I feel afterwards. I feel healthier all around so thanks for turning something that isn't fun into a positive of sorts.
The workouts are already planned and well thought out, and it takes one hour out of my day. I am able to accomplish Cardio and Strength Training all at once.

Fun, efficient
It’s a great workout. I would never be able to push myself like this at a regular gym. But doing it with an entire class and with knowledgeable, enthusiastic instructors, the hardest part is getting to class. After that it’s intense but easily accomplished.
I absolutely LOVE the coaches and the guidance they give me!!! I have no idea how to workout and they are teaching me so much!!!
The workout is varied every day. The coach’s are fun and motivational. It’s a great way to get 69 minutes of exercise without having to think about it

It constantly changes and works the entire body. The coaches are so motivating!
The workouts are challenging and help keep me in shape. OTF keeps me accountable. If I sign up, I'm going to class. Being surrounded by other people and having a good coach keeps me motivated and working harder than I would have on my own. I also like that I don't have to design my own workouts. I just go and do the workouts.
I like being told exactly what to do and for how long. I do not like it when some coaches yell because it’s hard to understand their words. I really like the coaches that have a loud and clear voice during the class. It’s very annoying to have to listen to a coach yelling in the mic the entire class..
I, specifically like the pace and the way it changes. Monotony is the enemy of any routine, but the routines at OT don't feel that way.
Orange theory is the best workout on the market for me. I have the discipline to workout independently but the 3 circuit classes are ideal! You get cardio, strength and endurance. The workouts not only improve my physical but also my MENTAL! The coaches always push me to do better and I use that mental toughness to operate my businesses. I LOVE IT! The only workout for me!!
