Good, hard workout and Giselle kept everyone motivated, especially on the treads. I still prefer 3G or a 2G tornado where it’s not 25 mins of running but today was a good one.
It is a challenging and doable workout. The coaches are relatable and positive. Progress monitoring via benchmarks and the fitness tracker also help to motivate. OTF Midtown is a fun place to workout.
