It was flexible and can be tailored to any individual. It's also engaging, and the rotations go by very quickly. The instructor was great as well.
I like that every workout is different, that I can work at my own pace, and that various options are given for doing floor exercises - hard, easy & in-between.
I don't like the music when it gets really loud, or workouts where there is a lot of churn, running from floor to rower to treadmill. I am not crazy about tag-team workouts but they do provide variety.
The environment motivates you to achieve your goals, as well as keep a consistent pace throughout the hour. I would take much longer burning the same calories on my own. You also feel like you're part of a community that keeps you coming back for more. And Orange Theory has the BEST treadmills. Period.

Coaches play great music, always motivate and push you to do your best, love working with weights and not afraid to challenge myself. Rowing isn’t a member favorite but is a great way to burn calories and not hard on the joints. Love OTF 👍🏼🧡💪🏼!
